The Ninth Annual Modstock Aug. 11

The ninth annual Modstock music festival will be August 11, 2019! We take it to a new level this year as we are adding a second stage. The point of Modstock as always been to combine the VMI student bands  with the best bands from the community at large. This has increasingly become a problem as the VMI population grew to such a degree that we only had time for one area band last year. This year, the second stage, sponsored by Roberts auto sales as is the entire event, will be dedicated entirely to the community bands. This will give us a chance to have almost twice as many bands as we have had in the past, providing music options galore to the ever expanding Peace love and music festival. With tons of vendors, food, arts and crafts, bouncy house, and an unbelievable amount of music in one place in one day  we expect to continue the tradition of this award winning event and take it up a notch or three or four.
