We are excited about doing our first ever Porchfest VMI concert. We are hosting 58 bands at my house.
We will have two stages: the pool stage and the Sycamore stage. The front gates will be open for people to walk to the pool stage, and the sycamore stage will be in the driveway. Our home will be open to use the facilities or hang out if you’re going to be here for a while. You can watch the bands from upstairs or check out the music room. We will have some drinks and snacks, but if everyone that wants to hang out can bring some to contribute, then we will be sure to have enough. Really anything from drinks to snacks, pizza or whatever. I’m sure there will be changes in the schedule as we prepare for the concert so please continue to check the website for the latest on the lineup. After Porchfest we take three weeks off and start the Modstock session! Play at the Stanislaus County fair , VMI and we have three nights at 5 Eye Brewery in the works. We will take the week of the Fourth of July completely off and the session ends August 11 with the 14th annual Modstock music festival.
