We take all the bands to the Stanislaus county fair on July 14th. We are advertised as being from 12 PM to 8:30 PM, but I have made arrangements so that we can start at 11 AM in order to accommodate all the bands. The fair opens at 12 PM so the way to get in before opening is the entrance by the livestock. We will be at the Michelob ultra stage. Please give yourself plenty of time to find parking and make it into the fairgrounds and all the way to our stage. We are just barely going to be able to fit all the bands in, so please be there early and ready to take the stage a little bit early if needed.
Please be sure to check the website throughout the week, and up to and including the day before, as people will be requesting that I make changes. I will change it as little as possible. The weather forecast is fairly positive right now. Every student will get a ticket to get in the fair for free but entry is free for all up to 3 PM so if you are scheduled at three or before you won’t need a ticket. Every family will get a free parking pass.
