Recording Session at THE CREATION LAB!

The Creation Lab Studio in Turlock is, by far, the best and most professional recording studio in the central valley. The winner of the next Favorite Band Contest will get to do a recording session there. This is a real opportunity! Here is some stuff from their website.

What makes The Creation Lab “the place” to record in the central valley and beyond? Acoustical design and wiring by the best Nashville has to offer, Chris McCollum (Masterfonics, Quad Studios, The Grand Ole Opry, The Holler) and Kevin Anderson (Journey, Eagles, Ronnie Milsap, The Bennett House). Brilliant quality recording using Pro Tools HD3, Studer analog 2” and RADAR II formats, great microphones and vintage outboard gear.
We offer more than just top quality recording services. The Creation Lab has a full service all-digital Video Production Studio, an in-house Graphic Arts department, an experienced Digital Photography setup and complete audio and video Duplication services. We will soon open the doors on a new venture, our independent record label, Creation Lab Records.

Christian Artist Search | 03.15.10

Turlock – A Historical Documentary winner of 4 awards | 01.10.10
The 85 min. documentary filmed & produced by Michael Everett & Dustin Veneman has won awards at The Las Vegas International Film Festival, The Mammoth International Film Festival, The Sacramento International Film Festival and The Accolade International Film Festival. The film was edited and mixed in its entirety here at The Creation Lab and released by Creation Lab Pictures. Plans are in the making on our next film. We will keep you updated on the progress.

Christian Artist Search | 05.02.09
The Creation Lab & KAMB hosted the first Christian Artist Search of its kind in the central valley this year. It was a 4-month long process that produced 10 finalists that performed at MVC in Turlock in May. The event concluded with Rashelle Garrett winning the first CAS. SonHouse new CD finished | 04.17.09
The new CD by SonHouse is finally done and will be release fall of 2009. If you like Blues with Christian lyrics, you will like this one. It was mastered “old school” straight to tape. The only way Blues was meant to be recorded.
