For three days the Valley Music Institute takes over the awesome Rancho Fresco Cantina in downtown Modesto! Admission is free, get there at least a half an hour early if possible and enjoy the awesome food and drinks selection at this amazing Modesto eatery. 56 bands will do there a second performance of the spring concert season, warming up for the historic State Theatre on March 12 and 13th.
