We are very excited about this year’s Modstock music festival. 77 bands, three stages and dozens of vendors. A full day of peace, love and music with all of our music friends from the community and families and fans. Good day Sacramento will be there in the morning, fantastic food vendors, all day, long, check out all three stages and try to stay in the shade as much as possible 🙂 We will be loading up the Modstock truck about 3 PM on August 5, and setting up for the festival at 7 AM August 6. We will be tearing down all the equipment and loading the truck about 8 PM August 6 and then unloading the truck at VMI at 9 AM August 7. If anyone can volunteer to help with any of these processes, we will greatly appreciate it and the camaraderie and bonding over heavy lifting is priceless. 🙂 Please call me and let you know if you can help 209-543-2066 . Not to mention, they have great cars and cheap prices. Here is the lineup for the VMI/Mainstage. We have to run on time, so be sure you’re there at least 30 minutes early and tuned up and ready to go on stage the moment the band before you is done. For younger kids, I’m hoping that Parents will be sure to get them to me 30 minutes early for tuning and whatever else is needed. All the bands play two songs each and if we run late, we will have to eliminate a song and we don’t want to do that. This is our biggest concert of the year so thank you to all involved and all who, attend and all who participate. This is really a community effort. I am very grateful for all the support and help that you all give. T-shirts will be on sale all day and we will be raffling off some fine music equipment.
